Sustainability Initiative:
Our Refurbishment and Repair services contribute to sustainable practices within the industrial gas turbine sector. By reconditioning existing components, end users:

  • Extend Asset Lifespan: Maximize the operational life of high-value turbine hardware, which is engineered for reliability and longevity.
  • Reduce Waste: Minimize the disposal of complex industrial components, diverting them from landfills.
  • Conserve  Resources:  Decrease  the  demand  for  new  raw  materials  and  the  energy intensive manufacturing processes associated with new product fabrication.
  • Lower Carbon Footprint: Contribute to a reduced environmental impact by lowering overall production and transportation emissions.

Refurbishment & Testing services on JASC 3-way Purge or Re-circ valves

Refurbishment & Testing services on JASC 3-way Purge or Re-circ valves

Depending on the valve model, Jansen Aircraft Systems Controls, USA (JASC) provides refurbishment services for many of JASC power generation products at JASC facility in Arizona, USA.

The valves are completely reconditioned to like-new, offering considerable savings over the cost of a new valve. JASC warranties reconditioned products to be free of material and workmanship defects for one year after refurbishment.

JASC industrial gas turbine hardware is designed for reliability and long life cycles. Because of the extreme operating environment, it becomes necessary for many turbine components to be replaced or refurbished on a scheduled basis.

Service, Repair & Exchange program on GAUSS MAGNETI Electro and Electro Permannent Magnets

Gauss Magneti Srl, Italy is a specialist in high‐performance electromagnets (EM) and electro‐permanent magnets (EPM) for demanding industrial lifting applications. Over decades of experience in steel, scrap and coil handling, their technology has become a benchmark for safety, reliability and controlled material movement.

Professional repair and refurbishment of Gauss Magneti EPM and EM systems help restore original lifting capacity, improve safety margins and extend service life at a fraction of replacement cost. A typical repair service covers detailed inspection, coil and wiring checks, replacement of worn seals and components, refurbishment of magnetic poles, and verification of insulation and duty cycle performance. Critical parts are either reconditioned or replaced with compatible components to maintain design parameters and ensure consistent magnetic force under real operating conditions.

After mechanical and electrical reconditioning, each magnet is tested under load to confirm holding force, response time and temperature behaviour before being returned to service. This structured approach reduces unplanned downtime, minimizes risk of load dropping and restores confidence in day‐to‐day material handling operations.
